For the second time, the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Brazil (Dutcham) has organized the Orange Academy, in collaboration with the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). An 8-week learning program aimed at young, talented professionals who are active in the Dutch business community in Brazil. A journey of "sharing, learning and growing" in which young promising talents are being prepared to become a "leader of tomorrow".
During the 8 weeks, the talents worked in small groups on the "Case 2022", a project around the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and on Friday, 29 April 2022, Dutcham organised the Graduation Ceremony.
The team with a project focussed on "decent work for all in Brazil” won the Case challenge and received a ticket for the Talent Trip to the Netherlands in September this year.
Thanks to all our talents who participated in the Orange Academy, and special thanks to the members of the jury for their valuable contribution!
And congratulation to the winning team: Eliza Kim (KLM), Gustavo Breternitz Lino (De Heus), Natalia Lugero (Pinheiro Neto Advogados), and Rafael Contador (Corbion).
