DBAV-NVCC platform launched in The Netherlands

On 8 April, the DBAV-NVCC platform was officially launched in The Hague. The strategic alliance between the Dutch Business Association  Vietnam (DBAV) and the Netherlands-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce (NVCC) has been in the making for 3 years and finally became effective on 1 March 2022.

The intensified collaboration will further strengthen bilateral trade and investment ties between The Netherlands and Vietnam. Moreover, it will enhance facilitating and advocating the interests and ambitions of Dutch enterprises seeking to enter or expand their existing operations in, Vietnam, as well as Vietnamese companies looking to set up business in The Netherlands.

The launch event, which was attended by many DBAV-NVCC members, including representatives of Lenger Seafoods, Develing International, Cathay Pacific Airways, Export Partner, and Unit International Sportswear, was officially opened by the Vietnamese Ambassador to The Netherlands, Mr.Pham Viet Anh, and DBAV-NVCC Chairman, Joost Vrancken Peeters.  Also present was the Vietnamese Embassy’s Head of Trade Office, Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Diep. Mr. Laurens Maartens, of new DBAV-NVCC member, Stonex Payments, held a brief speech on trends in international financial transactions.
