Networking Lunch between the SHV leadership team and DBAV members

On Thursday, 8 September 2022, the leaders of SHV holding, DBAV members, and Ready2Export companies joined in Ho Chi Minh City and in Hanoi for a networking lunch. DBAV was honored to host a lunch with the top management of SHV on the occasion of their 125th year anniversary. The objective was to exchange knowledge about doing business in Vietnam.

SHV was founded as a coal trading company in 1896 and celebrated its 125th birthday this year. As part of this celebration, the global senior executives of SHV companies visit Vietnam for a leadership development program and to explore Vietnam's business environment and culture.

The lunches took place simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. DBAV-members and Ready2Export members joined the SHV leaders. During the lunch, guests discussed business opportunities and pitfalls of Vietnam and exchanged knowledge about the business climate, the challenges, and what it is like to do business in Vietnam.
