Requirements when travelling to the Netherlands from Brazil
As of 4 September 2021, a number of important changes came into effect for people travelling to the Netherlands. New countries have been designated as high-risk or very high-risk area, and at the moment Brazil is designated as very high-risk area.
Requirements when travelling to the Netherlands from Brazil:
- Vaccine Declaration
- Negative test result (proof of vaccination or recovery is not sufficient; no more than 72 hours before departure - in Portuguese, English or Spanish)
- Health Declaration (Declaração de Saúde do Viajante, DSV)
From 22 September onwards, you do not need to quarantine if you are fully vaccinated. Quarantine information.

The rules on self-quarantining for people travelling to the Netherlands will change as of 22 September. Vaccinated travelers from the United States, the United Kingdom and other very high-risk areas including Brazil do no longer have to self-quarantine on arrival in the Netherlands.
