As an energetic millennial with 15 years of China experience, I assist companies in doing business in China successfully. I’ll show, among other things, the do’s and don’ts in today’s China, how to take short-cuts, how to optimize productivity and motivation and how to achieve the best results as quickly as possible. Now, but also in the future of a country that is changing so rapidly. As a company you must be able to keep up with that speed. Expectations of the Chinese consumer are getting higher every day. Technological developments go extremely fast. And the enormous generational differences that have arisen in China in recent years can affect a company in various ways (China as a sales market, Chinese employees, etc.). I help companies understand and respond to this change without losing valuable time. It is my goal to see that companies can focus on their business vision and expertise without frustration, misunderstandings and other obstacles standing in the way of their success.
