Edo Offerhaus vertrekt bij NLinBusiness
Algemeen Directeur Edo Offerhaus vertrekt op 1 juli 2023 na bijna 6 jaar bij NLinBusiness. In die tijd is de organisatie opgebouwd en heeft NLinBusiness een sterk fundament gelegd voor het Platform voor internationaal ondernemen, inclusief een netwerk van 20 NL Business Hubs in geselecteerde prioriteitsmarkten.

Het unieke karakter van het Platform voor internationaal ondernemen en de NL Business Hubs komt met name tot uiting in het publiek-private karakter van de dienstverlening waardoor ondernemers naadloos geholpen worden in hun integrale klantenreis, van Deventer naar Ho Chi Minh of van Breda naar Sao Paolo.
Ingrid Thijssen, Voorzitter van de Raad van Toezicht: “Edo heeft een belangrijke bijdrage geleverd aan het realiseren van de publiek-private ambitie om Nederlandse (mkb-) ondernemers operationeel te ondersteunen bij het realiseren van hun internationale ambities. Internationale handel is één van de kurken waar de NL economie op drijft en het is daarom essentieel dat we continu blijven investeren en innoveren op dit domein. We zijn Edo dan ook dankbaar voor zijn inzet en prestaties”.
De opvolger van Edo zal binnenkort bekend worden gemaakt. Tot die tijd zal Daan Marks de directie voeren over NLinBusiness.
Na een verlengde zomervakantie zal Edo 1 oktober 2023 zijn consultancy praktijk op het gebied van sustainable business development weer oppakken.
Departure of managing director Edo Offerhaus
Managing Director Edo Offerhaus will leave on the 1st of July 2023 after almost 6 years at NLinBusiness. Within those years, NLinBusiness has build a professional organization and has laid a strong foundation for its International Business Platform, including a network of 20 NL Business Hubs in selected high priority markets.
The unique character of the International Business Platform as well as the NL Business Hubs network is reflected in the public-private nature of the services it provides, through which it seamlessly supports entrepreneurs in their integral customer journey, from Deventer to Ho Chi Minh and from Breda to Sao Paolo.
Ingrid Thijssen, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, notes: “Edo has made an important contribution to the realisation of the public-private goal to provide operational support to Dutch (SME) entrepreneurs in realising their international ambitions. International trade is one of the cornerstone of the Dutch economy and it is therefore essential that we continuously invest and innovate in this domain. We are therefore grateful to Edo for his commitment and achievements”.
Edo’s successor will be announced shortly. Until then, Daan Marks will manage NLinBusiness.
