Our business coaches have extensive experience in trading, living and working internationally and have been coaching and advising entrepreneurs and directors on this topic for many years. Most of our coaching engagements are 50-100% subsidised, using a whole array of subsidies.
Depending on what you have already worked out, we first discuss what your export ambitions are, so that we can set up specific goals together in that area. We help you get the right information to decide about which countries to tackle, whether to do that from the Netherlands, with a distributor or agent or by setting up an office abroad. Then we write up a concise action plan for the coming year, who will do what and when, to achieve these goals. So you can have quick short term succes, in a way that will also help you in the longer term. Lastly we coach and support you until you have realised your goals. The coaching meetings can be when suits you and there is no minimum number of hours.
Our team of coaches and consultants consists of both generalists and specialists, so we can also help you with specific questions around cross-border digital marketing or HR. Meetings can be face to face in your office, but also on-line for example. A first meeting is always free of course, so let's see how we can help you and which subsidies we could use for that!
